Thank you for showing interest in our InteractX- BA Training Course Program . We want to make sure that our participants have an exceptional learning experience online. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy:
1. Refund of the duplicate payment made by the participant will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 7 to 21 working days after refund request is initiated by the participant.
2. In the case of refund, taxes amount (if applicable) will not be refunded.
3. All refunds will be processed within 15 days of approval and validation of refund request.
1. If the participant couldn’t attend the complete course after making payment, participant can request to attend upcoming batch as guest for maximum 3 Days. As Guest access, participant will be allowed to be part of live training session but not allowed to take part in the group activities and discussions.
2. After booking slot for Day-0, Participant can request to cancel the booking atleast 2 weeks (14 Days) of the starting date of the batch i.e Day-0. Refund will be processed with 10% deduction
